What types of projects do you handle?
From large-scale branding and signage to one-off personalized gifts, we help both businesses and individuals bring their ideas to life. If it can be designed, printed, or customized, we probably do it and if we don’t, we’ll help you find someone who can.

Do you offer design services, or do I need to bring my own artwork?
We do both! You can bring your ready-to-print files, or our Design Center can create a custom design just for you. We’ll work with you to make sure the final product looks exactly how you envisioned.

What is your typical turnaround time?
It depends on the project. Simple print jobs may be ready in 1–3 business days, while vehicle wraps, large signage, and custom designs can take longer. We’ll always give you a clear timeline before we start.

Do you ship orders, or are they pickup only?
Local pickup is available at our shop, and many smaller items can be shipped. Larger pieces, like full signage or wraps, are pickup or local delivery only.

Can you help with my company’s branding from scratch?
Absolutely. We can create your logo, brand colors, business cards, signage, and promotional materials all in one place, ensuring your brand is consistent across every touchpoint.

Do you offer bulk discounts for businesses?
Yes! We have pricing options for bulk orders, whether it’s signage, promotional products, or printed materials. Let us know your quantity needs and we’ll provide a custom quote.

What files do you need for printing my logo or graphics?
Vector files (such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF) are best for sharp, professional results. If you don’t have one, we can help recreate or design it for you.

How long does a vehicle wrap take?
Most wraps take 2–4 days from start to finish once the design is approved. This includes prepping your vehicle, printing, and installation.

Can you make just one custom item?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a single mug with a photo, a one-off canvas print, or a personalized gift, no order is too small.

Can I bring my own photo or design for a project?
Yes! We’ll check the quality to make sure it will print well, and we can also help adjust or enhance it if needed.

Do you make items for weddings, birthdays, and events?
Yes! From welcome signs and seating charts to personalized favors, banners, and keepsakes, we love bringing special-event ideas to life.

How do I order something custom?
You can fill out our custom order form online, email us, or stop by the shop. Once we know your idea, we’ll create a proof for your approval before we start production.

Do you require a deposit?
For custom or large-scale orders, we require a 50% deposit before production begins. This helps cover materials and secure your spot in our schedule.

What if I need my order faster than your normal turnaround time?
Rush service is often available for an additional fee. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do to meet your deadline.

What’s your return policy?
Because each project is custom, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s an error on our part, we’ll make it right.
